Alyssa Kyria, known online as The Funny Mummy, is a Bromley-based comedian, actress and content creator, and mum to Lola (11) — also a performer, Alyssa is basically her entourage/ snack carrier at this point  — and step-mum to Jonathan (18).

Through her funny, honest and deeply relatable content, Alyssa is on a mission to help women and mums realise it’s not just them who feels like they have no idea what they’re doing — we’re all winging it when it comes to parenting and life. She openly shares the realities of motherhood, perimenopause, alongside candid conversations around mental health, ADHD, fashion and a lifelong love of leopard print.

An award-nominated actress and comedian, Alyssa tours her successful one-woman comedy and musical show The Funny Mummy across the UK and hosts the comedy podcast Cringe and Tell. With over 20 years of comedy writing and performance experience, she works with brands to create authentic, engaging and entertaining campaigns that blend comedy, warmth and real-life relatability.
