Harps is an award-winning Sikh blogger and mummy to two little boys – one who happens to have Down’s syndrome, and two fur babies – Bruno and Milo.

She began her blog after experiencing post-natal depression after the birth of her first born, Arjun, in 2014. Much to her surprise, she quickly developed a devoted following, with many warming to her relatable content!

In 2016, when her second born, Saajan, entered this world, he came with a little something extra – Down’s syndrome. Harps shares her journey of navigating the initial shock due to misjudgement through to the reality of living with Down’s syndrome.  Their life is full of colour and laughter with a few bumps along the way!

Harps has recently featured on award-winning parenting author and winner of I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here 2021, Giovanna Fletcher’s podcast, Happy Mummy Happy Baby.

An engaging blog filled with heartfelt posts, travel adventures, favourite recipes and lots of reviews! Harps has gone on to turn her passion of connecting people into working with brands ranging from household names to small businesses and sharing with her engaged and trusting audience.

She is currently writing her memoir which documents her unexpected journey through motherhood … as they say, “your story could be someone else’s survival guide”
